Sacred Circle: Laughter

Mayume will be discussing and implementing LAUGHTER and the importance it has with us humans. Laughter is sometimes the key to healing ("as the best medicine" and raises our vibratino to reach higher frequencies almost immediately. As always, Mayume will create a safe, sacred space for all and encourages confidentiality, compassion and connection as we step into the light with Spirit and sisterhood. Of course laughter is always a must.
