Tues and Thurs Jan 2 - March 28: 13 weeks and 26 meditations together! Join Mayume and the group as she guides you in a Spirit-lead meditation to bring in peace, power and connections. Breathing exercises, visualizaitons, manifesting, energy healing, attunement and creating a positive mindset to start your day! Meditations will be recorded for playback.
